Bruce Hoyt

Bruce was an investment banker for 30 years and was a founding partner of St Charles Capital, Colorado’s leading M&A advisory firm prior to its sale to KPMG. Throughout his investment banking career, Bruce worked in a wide variety of industries including consumer products, manufacturing, retail, professional services and financial services. He led transactions involving sell and buyside M&A, debt and equity capital raises, fairness opinions and asset backed securitizations. He led transactions for numerous companies including CoorsTek, Elitches, Applejacks, The Boppy Company and Premier Pneumatics.

Recently, Bruce led the impact investing efforts of Gary Community Investments, a large private foundation. He also served as board chair of indieDwell, a B Corporation producing high energy efficient affordable housing via modular construction.

A former Peace Corps volunteer, Bruce has maintained an active role in his community, having served on numerous nonprofit boards including the Denver Public School Board, Mile High United Way, the Data Quality Campaign, the Colorado Zoological Trust, the Denver Employee Retirement Board, Mile High Early Learning and NACD Colorado. His education includes a B.S. in Finance, Northwestern University and M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
