Dave Stainback is PwC’s US Territory Crisis & Resilience Leader and Global Crisis & Resilience Co-Leader. He has considerable expertise leading clients and teams through large, complicated crisis situations, in addition to proactively helping companies build resilience programs. Steinback′s commercial experiences have spanned the financial services, healthcare, insurance, retail and consumer, aerospace and defense, information technology, and utilities industries. He has substantial experience managing crises and investigations with multiple, diversified work streams and teams of more than 200 members. Stainback routinely helps clients design enterprise resilience programs. This work includes assessing the maturity of existing resilience programs and capabilities, developing or enhancing response plans, and designing and facilitating tabletop exercises to help practice and enhance corporate response.
