

Hans Melotte
Director, Celsius Holdings, Revlon, Cartamundi
Hans Melotte is an international business leader and board director who brings a unique combination of global profit-and-loss accountability and brand management with leadership experience in supply chain and procurement across the retail, consumer goods, and health-care industries. He has more than 30 years of operating experience at three of the world’s most admired companies: Starbucks, Johnson & Johnson, and Procter & Gamble. Until the end of 2022, Melotte served as president of Starbucks’ global consumer packaged goods and food service business across 85 markets globally. Prior, Melotte served as Starbucks’ chief supply chain officer as well as interim chief technology officer. He also led the creation of Starbucks’ first-ever long-term environmental sustainability goals and strategies. Before joining Starbucks, Melotte had a 20-year career at Johnson & Johnson in Europe and the United States culminating as the chief procurement officer company-wide.
Melotte currently serves on the boards of Celsius Holdings, Revlon, and Cartamundi. He is a member of the audit committee of Celsius Holdings and Revlon, a member of the compensation committee of Celsius Holdings, and chair of the people, nominating, and governance committee of Cartamundi. Previously, he served as chair of the Institute of Supply Management, vice chair of LeadersUp, and member of the board of International Schools Services and of the advisory board of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. Melotte currently also serves as honorary consul of Belgium in Washington, DC.
