Jaime Mahoney is CEO of Jacob Douwe Egberts USA, a luxury Tea & Coffee company and subsidiary of JDE Peets AMS:JDEP.   She has extensive experience in Consumer Products, particularly in business transformation, including scaling organizations, turnarounds, and high-growth start-ups.  Jaime’s functional expertise is in general management, e-commerce, marketing, global supply chain, and manufacturing.  As a successful intrapreneur, she is also skilled at developing high engagement entrepreneurial teams.  Previous corporate experience includes Keurig, PepsiCo, and Unilever.

Jaime currently serves as Director for the Center for Women & Enterprise.  Previously, she was Board Advisor for THE MOST, a hair care technology company, as well as Board Advisor for Speciate A.I., a consultancy specializing in artificial intelligence based insights.

As graduate of MIT Sloan School of Management, M.B.A. and Babson College, B.S., Jaime is actively involved in Babson’s Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship and judging business plans for the Babson Entrepreneurial Thought & Action Challenge.  She is a member of the International Women’s Forum,  Women Corporate Directors BoardNext program, and serves on the Corporate Board Committee for The Boston Club.
