

Michael Dumais

Michael Dumais has over 30 years of experience in business strategy, operations, and execution, holding senior leadership roles in the aerospace and technology sectors. He has driven transformation, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives across global organizations. Dumais retired in 2022 from Raytheon Technologies, where he served as executive vice president and chief transformation officer, responsible for the company’s corporate strategy and development. He played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction following the merger of Raytheon Company and United Technologies Corporation (UTC) in 2020. Previously, he was executive vice president of operations and strategy at UTC, overseeing enterprise-wide operational and strategic initiatives. Dumais was the co-president of UTC Aerospace Systems and president of Hamilton Sundstrand, where he led business units delivering critical technologies to the aerospace and defense industries. Earlier in his career, he held various strategic business roles at Bain & Company and began his professional journey as a systems engineer at General Electric Aerospace. Dumais is a director for Baker Hughes and was a member of the NASA Advisory Committee for Aeronautics. He also serves as an adjunct professor at NYU Stern School of Business.
