Nita Kohli is a senior executive and board member. Most recently, she was global head of Enterprise Resilience at Citi. Kohli serves on the executive advisory board of several FinTech companies and is a strategic advisor to risk-management companies. She spent 15 years at JPMorgan, where she spearheaded the Men As Allies program. Her career spans international experience at Deutsche Bank (UK / USA) as a European controller, and earlier, she worked at KPMG (UK), where she qualified as a chartered accountant. Kohli is a sought-after keynote speaker and panelist, and her thought leadership has appeared in DRJ magazine. Kohli was a finalist for the Excellence in Leadership Women in Housing Award (2021) and the Program Leader Excellence Award from the Disaster Recovery International Institute (2022) and was honored as one of the Top 50 Outstanding Asian Americans in Business (2022). She is the author of Operational Resilience (2024).
