Ryan Craig is an Area Vice President with Gallagher’s Health & Welfare practice.

Ryan uses his years of experience and knowledge of the Total Rewards landscape to help client employers design, implement and manage a customized strategy that best aligns with their corporate objectives and enhances their retention and recruitment initiatives. In particular, Ryan enjoys cultivating innovative solutions to create an optimal experience for employees to access and navigate the complex healthcare ecosystem.  

Ryan came to Gallagher after a successful career with Duke University Athletics.  He is an active member and sponsor of Triangle Society of Human Resources Management and spends time outside of work at his Durham, NC home with his wife and two children.
