She has three decades of diverse, global career experience as a senior executive at both new innovative businesses within large global Fortune 100 companies such as HP, Siemens, and PG&E, and at entrepreneurial, VC-backed Silicon Valley technology companies. She has been recognized by the White House, the US State Department, Directors & Boards, the San Francisco Business Times, and was inducted into the Asian Hall of Fame and Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame. Sonita has served on an NACD Blue Ribbon Commission and on the World Economic Forum/NACD climate advisory council. She holds the NACD.DC^® and the CERT Certificate in Cyber-Risk Oversight.
