Tracy Wittman is a principal at Farient Advisors with over 30 years of experience in executive compensation as both a remuneration consultant and corporate senior human resources executive. She is a faculty member for WorldatWork’s Executive Compensation Immersion Program (ECIP) and Strategic Communication in Total Rewards. Recognized as a change agent for business growth, she has also led remuneration strategies and implementation of initial public offerings, private equity sales, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Previously, Wittman was a compensation consultant with Deloitte and led Total Rewards for Target, General Mills, and KinderCare. She has served on the board of directors and as chair for both WorldatWork and Business Group on Health.
